Set in the stunningly unique Fullerton Pavilion, Catalunya has the distinct honor of being AvroKO’s first (and most likely last) floating restaurant. An incredible glass dome with a 360 degree view of Singapore’s sparkling Marina Bay is home to this contemporary Spanish concept by the alumni of Spain’s famed El Bulli. A multi-layered, radial layout is anchored by a massive 2 ton glass and brass chandelier centerpiece.  Market fresh produce, meats and accoutrements line the entry and market wall flanking the lounge and evoke the richness and energy of the Mercat de Sant Josep de la Boqueria in Barcelona.  A rooftop observation deck and special events space crowns what is surely one of the most unique dining experiences in Singapore.
