Recently opened and wildly popular, Hong Kong’s Lily & Bloom nabbed both the Best New Restaurant and Best New Lounge awards from Time Out magazine. Informed by prohibition-era New York, with its shadowy intrigue, flapper proclivities, and gentlemen’s clubs full of leather and cigar smoke, the two-story interior features deep-tufted sofas, myriad locked cabinets, and ornate metalwork in Deco-esque patterns, most notably a repurposed antique grill that serves as a stunning bar back.

  • "Immaculate and lustrous in an industrially romantic kind of way, NYC design firm AvroKO referenced prohibition-era speakeasies, pre-war American supper clubs, Parisian arcades and handsome, intimate salons. The aesthetes amongst you will cast your glances on all the attractive trinkets of travel and bar culture that adorn every nook and cranny, and cream in delight at the thought that so much attention has been put in the visual aspect of the venue."
    HK Magazine
  • "Quite simply, there is no other place like this in town."
    Time Out Hong Kong
  • "With interiors that evoke the style of the prohibition era “speakeasies” of New York, exquisitely crafted from raw, natural materials, the atmosphere is at once alluring, and sophisticated."
