Dining at its finest

As guests enter, a display of fresh seafood on ice with live lobsters in the aquarium below, lets guests select their choices before the chef takes them away for preparation. Guests can see their food being prepared from the moment they arrive, allowing them to participate in the theatre of the restaurant. The back bar showcases a full range of wines, oils, and limited liquors.

Oceanic Inspiration

The main dining room recalls scenes from the sea. Banquettes call to mind ocean coral, with organic forms avoiding anything linear. A range of bespoke dining and bar stools draw on shell forms, upholstered in coral reds and shades of teal.

Custom-made drink carts and champagne trollies were designed to meet the need of operations to be empowered to create curated and significant experiences for their guests.

Spectacular Sea Views

Large bi-folding doors open up in the dining room allowing guests to flow into the terrace that is situated under a large, timber pergola structure to dine and enjoy views of the ocean. The space is designed to be more Mediterranean with coastal elegance, neutral soft tones and a bespoke terracotta floor. Hanging fabric panels add a lightness and intimacy allowing movement from the sea breeze.

It's All In The Details

Custom lighting and furniture details are all designed to play into the space's overall oceanic inspiration from anemone-like lamps to jellyfish chandeliers and a mosaic tile floor that recalls the shapes and colors of coral.
